Joe Deez is a globally published writer whose works have appeared in USA Today and the UK comedy magazine Chortle. He is also a professional stand-up comedian who has earned viral fame and appeared on the nationally syndicated television show "Right This Minute". His zombie comedy series spec "We Live" was a semi-finalist in the 2021 Screencraft Sci-Fi & Fantasy Screenwriting Competition and a finalist in the 2022 4theatre Selection. His short story "Tachyon 1981" was a finalist in the 2022 Vocal+ Fiction Awards. He also co-founded the non-profit "Humor Association" to help children and young adults deal with bullying and depression through humor and comedy.
